Q. What are your stories about?

A. They're not our stories, they're your stories. The stories on Carolina Chronicles focus on individuals. They can contain a biographical overview of a person's life, or they can focus on one particular event, relationship or challenge. It's up to you. The stories are created from materials that are provided by the person being profiled, and/or their friends and families.

Q. I would like to have my story, or a loved one's story, told on Carolina Chronicles. Where do I begin?

A. Start putting together photographs, home movies, video footage, newspaper articles and other materials that will help us create a story. Then give us a call at 1.866.907.4900.

A representative from Carolina Chronicles will arrange a convenient time and place to interview the storyteller. The process is very simple and generally takes about an hour. We do not videotape the storyteller. Our writers/interviewers collect information that will become the basis for a voiceover script.

Q.My loved one didn't accomplish great things by traditional standards, but they did show great love for me and my family. Would you consider doing a story about them?

A. Absolutely! We believe that people's love for one another is the common denominator that ties us all together. Love given unconditionally deserves to be recognized.

Q. Will you include clips from home movies or videos in the story?

A. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then moving pictures must be worth a million. We would be happy to include home movies and videos in your story.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. There is no cost or obligation. Carolina Chronicles is all about access. As long as our costs remain stable, we plan to continue providing this service free of charge.

Q. I would like to advertise on Carolina Chronicles. How can I become an advertiser or sponsor?

A. Call us at 866.907.4900. We will be delighted to set up a time to meet with you. We can produce your commercials in-house, or broadcast content that you already have. Either way, we will help you reach your target audience.
